Porthos

One for all. All for one.

A helping hand for independent Android developers.

Porthos is a planned community app for developers of all kinds of Android apps. Find fellow developers, test each other’s work and turn useful feedback into better apps.

Who?

For independent developers of all kinds of Android apps.

What?

A planned community for mutual testing, useful feedback, portfolios and optional advice.

Why?

It began with our own struggle to recruit testers. The aim is to make helping each other simpler, clearer and more dependable.

The plan

  • Free mutual testing
  • Clear tasks and testing progress
  • A reputation built on completed tests
  • A portfolio of your own work
  • Optional advice and collaboration
  • Choose whether people can message you

Basic mutual testing is planned to stay free. Optional paid tools may follow; the details are still being developed.
